How to use Zelle

Option 1 - (If you bank offers Zelle) 

You can use Zelle through your participating Bank. Most banks now offer it.   Click on the button below to see if your bank participates

Option 2 - (If your bank DOES NOT offer Zelle)

Get the Zelle app for your mobile device through your favorite App Store. You’ll be able to use Zelle even if your bank doesn’t offer it as a service.

Step 1 - Log into your participating bank account

Zelle is usually located under the “Transfers or Send Payments” section. 

Step 2 - Set up Zelle

To start using Zelle, enroll your email or U.S. mobile number and that’s it.  

Step 3 – Add us as a recipient

In order to send money, you'll need to add us as a “recipient”. 

Use the information below and make sure to select "send as email".

Step 4 – Send a payment

Select our recipient profile you created, include your order number & enter the amount you'd like to  send. We’ll get a payment received email notification almost instantly.

Step 1 – Install the app through your mobile app store

Step 2 - Once installed, open the Zelle app and enter your phone number to get started. Zelle will send you a text verification code to the number provided. 

Step 3 - After you enter the text verification code sent by Zelle, you’ll be asked to add an email address to be associated with your Zelle payment account. Zelle will then email you a verification code to verify the email provided. 

Step 4- Once it’s been verified, you have the option to link your Zelle account to your bank account .

- If your bank doesn’t offer Zelle - 

Click on "Don't see your bank?" in order to use Zelle with a personal checking debit card or traditional credit card. 

Important note: You cannot use the following with the Zelle app.

- Pre-Paid Debit Cards

- Debit Gift Cards

- Virtual Debit Cards

- Business Debit Cards.

Step 5 – Click on the “SEND” button to send a payment and use the following information

What is this for: In this field, Only enter your name and order number please.

That’s It!
